Avazzia BEST™ Physiological Effects on Mammalian Physiology: a White Paper Part II
  Therapeutic Benefits and Related Indications

BEST™ therapy increases the body’s production of nitric oxide, neuropeptides, hormones, serotonin and natural opiates which in turn increases perfusion and reduces edema to result in rapid abatement of pain; varying restoration of functionally; systemic effects involving the central nervous system; resetting of cell signaling; activation of cell membrane transduction cascade; and, ion channels activity.

Automatic cybernetic biofeedback and continuously changing signal patterns provides blocks neural habituation and accommodation.

Minimal duty cycle signaling minimizes neural accommodation and habituation, eliminates potential thermal damage, provides efficient signal delivery with minimal power, and prolongs battery life.

Benefits of BEST™ therapy include: clinically observable amelioration of vegetative tissue dysfunctions; improvements in chronic, non-healing tissue conditions; atrophy; progressive scarring or degeneration; non-healing wounds or lesions (i.e. as a result of relative ischemia/circulatory insufficiency, metabolic energy deficiency, lymphatic stasis etc.) as evidenced by increased range of motion, and/or increased functionality of affected area of anatomic interest.

Depolarization of c-nerve fibers for neuropeptide release, trans-membrane effects in the cytoplasm and related organelle structure allows for impedance based biofeedback loop and afferent signaling to higher levels of the central nervous system for pain blockage and release of neuro-mediators.

Resetting of cell signaling and electrical properties within damaged or non-healing tissues may be used for acute tissue trauma, wounds, burns, scalds and fractures; anti-inflammatory; scar reduction or remodeling; and, sympathetic/parasympathetic rebalancing and stress reduction.

Increasing cell membrane electrical charge of damaged tissue affects non-healing or slow healing tissues and vegetative tissue dysfunctions.

Increasing nitric oxide and vasoactive neuropeptides improve vasodilatation and increase perfusion to affect ischemic and circulatory insufficiencies; wound healing; concentration of antibiotics in a target tissue by increased perfusion, esp. bone, skin; fracture repair; cartilage degeneration; sub-chondral ischemia; neuropathies; laminitis; and, perfusion to various internal organs through stimulation of specific acupuncture points, areas over spinal nerve roots, or directly over the organ of interest.

Post surgical or trauma induced edema, cellulitis, inflammation are improved by lymphatic drainage and reduction in edema.

Herniated or inflamed disc compression, impingement contusion, neuro-traumas are relieved by reduction in neuro-edema in spinal disc and surrounding connective tissues.

BEST™ therapy increases the body’s production of Neuro-peptides such as endorphins, neurologically active neuropeptides, and enkephalins.

Rapid and prolonged abatement of pain, intense intractable pain reduction or abatement, pre-surgical pain blockade, post-surgical pain blockade, osteoarthritis, musculo-skeletal, dental pain, and trauma induced acute pain are facilitated by localized c-fiber exocytosis of endorphin and signaling by c-fiber of afferent ascending spinal pathways to central nervous system, where endorphin and neuro-transmitter synthesis also occur.

Induced enkephalin mediation of pain allows for reduction or elimination of opiod or NSAIDs dosages.

Effective and long lasting analgesia after therapeutic application are a result of up-regulation of endorphins.

Improvements in behavioral and cognitive dysfunction, general relaxation and stress reduction are noted as BEST™ treatments stimulate increases of serotonin, neurogenic amines, and afferent signaling via ascending spinal pathways to the central nervous system and release by c-nerve fibers.

Reduction of allergies and stress, improved mentation, and thyroid modulation as result of hormone stimulation, (many peptides are hormones) stimulation of adrenal, hypophyseal trigger points, and various glands.

Automatic cybernetic biofeedback blocks neural habituation and accommodation due to random signaling patterns. The devices are user friendly, automatically senses and sends impedance modulated return signal for next pulse until endpoint achieved, resulting in reduced treatment time.

Effective tissue penetration, effective delivery to target, and effective therapy are achieved with pulsed, micro current signals necessary for depolarization of c-nerve fibers for neuropeptide vesicle release. The exceptionally short duty cycle eliminates potential for thermal damage, making the Avazzia BEST™ safe to use.

Trans-membrane permeation of signals into the cytoplasm and related organelle structures increases electron charge of cell membranes, increases of potential energy of the cell and Allows for impedance based biofeedback.

Minimal duty cycle signaling reduces neural accommodation and habituation and eliminates potential thermal damage of body tissue resulting in safe and effective and therapy.
